API 5L X46 / L320 LINE PIPE

API 5L X46 pipes have minimum yield strength of about 317 MPA. These grade pipes are superior to API 5L Grade B and API 5L Grade X42 pipe concerning chemical and mechanical properties. This grade is known to be heavy-duty and high performance, thus making it economically beneficial. Due to their high mechanical strength, these pipes have robust construction, high cut resistance and precise dimensions. Client’s generally select API 5L Grade PSL1 X46 Pipe where they are seeking better performance than grade B and grade X42 pipes.
